090356 RESOLUTION - Declaring the City Council’s intent to utilize funds, appropriated by The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for the United States Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program, for specific projects which are intended to reduce fossil fuel emissions within the City, reduce total energy usage within the City, and improve energy efficiency in various sectors of the community; and directing the City Manager to include these projects in the City’s application to the program.
