090281 Reestimating revenue in the amount of $280,000.00 in the Home Investment Partnership Grant account; appropriating $280,000.00 to the Home Investment Partnership Grant account to roll forward unexpended grant funds from previous fiscal years to the current fiscal year; authorizing the Acting Director of Housing and Community Development to enter into a $280,000.00 contract with Jazz District Redevelopment Corporation for the rehabilitation of the six houses on Highland and the Rochester Hotel, all of which are located in the Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District; and designating requisitioning authority.
