030117 RESOLUTION - Amending the Downtown Industrial Area Plan by amending the Proposed Land Use Plan and Map for an area generally bounded from Truman Road on the north, Grand Boulevard on the east, 19th Street on the south and Baltimore Avenue and Wyandotte Street on the west by changing the recommended land uses from "light industry" to "mixed uses".
