190401 Authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of not to exceed $70,000,000.00 Sanitary Sewer System Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2019A of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for the purpose of extending and improving the City’s sanitary sewer system, prescribing the form and details of said bonds and the covenants and agreements made by the City to facilitate and protect the payment thereof; providing for the collection, segregation and application of the revenues of the sanitary sewer portion of the City’s sewerage system for the purpose of paying the cost of operation and maintenance of the sanitary sewer portion of the City’s sewerage system, paying the principal of and interest on said bonds, and providing reasonable and adequate reserve funds; and prescribing other matters relating thereto; estimating and appropriating $50,300,000.00 in the Sanitary Sewer Improvements Series 2019A Revenue Bond Fund; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

190420 RESOLUTION - Expressing support for a national revenue-neutral carbon fee and dividend system to fulfill our collective responsibility under the Paris Agreement; urging Congress to pass legislation enacting such system; and directing the City Clerk to transmit copies of this ordinance.
