210313 Approving an Industrial Development Plan for Golden Plains Technology Park for the purpose of acquiring, equipping and constructing a project for industrial development consisting of the acquisition, purchase, construction and development of a data center campus to be known as the Golden Plains Technology Park, located on approximately 766.82 acres of undeveloped land located generally at the southwest corner of the intersection of N.W. 128th Street and U.S. Highway 169 in Clay County and Platte County, Kansas City, Missouri; authorizing and approving various agreements for the purpose of setting forth covenants, agreements and obligations of the City and Diode Ventures and covenants, agreements and obligations of the City and Velvet Tech Services, LLC; authorizing the issuance of one or more series of taxable industrial revenue bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $103,796,000,000.00; authorizing and approving certain other documents in connection with the issuance of said bonds; and authorizing certain other actions in connection with the issuance of said bonds; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
