170301 Accepting and approving a twelve-month $912,564.00 contract with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to provide funding for HIV case management services in Kansas City, Missouri.
170325 Accepting and appropriating a two-year grant in the amount of $200,000.00 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) 2016-MO-BX-0024 to expand and enhance supportive housing for those exiting the Kansas City Assessment and Triage Center with serious and persistent mental illness; estimating revenue in the amount of $200,000.00 in the Homeward Bound Program KC-ATC account; and appropriating the sum of $200,000.00 to the Homeward Bound Program KC-ATC account; designating requisitioning authority; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.
 
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
 1. There may be a general discussion regarding current Neighborhoods and Public
Safety issues.
 2. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes
of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss:
(1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to
subsection 1;
(2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2;
(3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or
(4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12.
 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with
every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each
committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification
Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the

170297 COMMUNICATION - Notice received to the City Clerk regarding a Petition to establish the Pershing and Grand Community Improvement District.
170311 COMMUNICATION - Notice to the City Clerk from the Martin City Community Improvement District regarding their amended proposed budget for fiscal year ending April 30, 2018.
170312 COMMUNICATION - Notice to the City Clerk from the Ward Parkway Center Community Improvement District regarding the submission of the nomination of their successor directors.
170329 COMMUNICATION - Resolution of the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri recommending that the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri not approve the proposed Valley View Tax Increment Financing Plan.
170302 Acknowledging that the twenty-three year statutory period for the capture of tax increment allocation financing within the Phase I of the Universal Floodwater Detention Redevelopment Area has expired; and terminating the designation of Phase I of the Universal Floodwater Detention Tax Increment Financing Plan as a redevelopment phase therein.
170303 Acknowledging that the twenty-three year statutory period for the capture of tax increment allocation financing within the Project 1 of the 12th & Wyandotte Redevelopment Area has expired; and terminating the designation of Project 1 of the 12th & Wyandotte Tax Increment Financing Plan as a redevelopment project therein.
170304 Acknowledging that the twenty-three year statutory period for the capture of tax increment allocation financing within the Project E of the 11th Street Corridor Redevelopment Area has expired; and terminating the designation of Project E of the 11th Street Corridor Tax Increment Financing Plan as a redevelopment project therein.
170319 Approving a development plan in District B3-3 on approximately 20.62 acres generally located at the northwest corner of N. Ambassador Drive and N.W. Skyview Avenue to allow construction of a multi-family apartment community and creation of one lot and several private open space and stormwater detention tracts which plan also serves as the preliminary plat.
170324 Authorizing execution of a 4-year contract with the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri, for the purpose of providing funds for certain development and redevelopment activities; appropriating $113,979.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Development Services Fund; increasing revenue in the amount of $113,979.00 in the Economic Development Fund; and appropriating $113,979.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Economic Development Fund.
170326 Amending the Kansas City Register of Historic Places designation (H/O Overlay) for the “Pendleton Heights Historic District” by revoking the district designation for certain parcels located at the following addresses: 517 Woodland Avenue, 502-20 Maple Boulevard, 1800 Brownell Avenue, 1806 Brownell Avenue, 1810 Brownell Avenue, 1812 Brownell Avenue, 1816 Brownell Avenue, 418-20 Maple Boulevard as required by Chapter 88-580-02 of the Administrative Code of the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
170327 Accepting and approving the recommendations of the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City as to the Thirteenth Amendment to the Shoal Creek Tax Increment Financing Plan.

Brighton Avenue, N.E. 1st Street to N.E. 37th Street; authorizing a maximum expenditure of $1,510,300.00; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
170314 Authorizing a $1,516,643.00 construction contract with Blue Nile Contractors, Inc., for the replacement of water mains in the area of Washington Street to Prospect Avenue, E. 108th Terrace to E. 155th Street; authorizing a maximum expenditure of $1,670,000.00; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
170315 Authorizing a $4,776,215.00 construction contract with Blue Nile Contractors, Inc., for the replacement of water mains in the area of Highland Avenue to Hillcrest Road, E. 79th Street to E. 100th Terrace; authorizing a maximum expenditure of $5,254,000.00; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
