180372 Amending Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Sections 2-953 and 2-954, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like number and subject matter for the purpose of amending the duties of the Environmental Management Commission.
180380 Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an employment agreement with Donna Maize; reducing an appropriation in the amount of $284,846.00 in the Contingent Appropriation account; appropriating that amount from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Contingent Appropriation account; authorizing payment into the City of Kansas City, Missouri Firefighters’ Pension System Trust to purchase creditable service on behalf of Donna Maize; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.

180395 RESOLUTION - Repealing Section 2 of Resolution No. 160929 and enacting a new Section 2 in lieu thereof to permit the City to reevaluate of the role of City Councilmembers on the American Jazz Museum (AJM) Board by eliminating the requirement that one of the City AJM Board members be a member of the City Council representing the district in which AJM is located.
180396 RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to not expend any City funds for a contract for an Interim Executive Director of American Jazz Museum (AJM) or to reimburse AJM for any expenses associated with hiring or contracting with an Interim Executive Director without City Council authorization; directing the City Manager to not provide additional funding to AJM without Council authorization; and re-authorizing the City Manager to provide AJM with an Interim Executive Director from City staff.

180365 Authorizing the defeasance of the City’s Subordinated Taxable Airport Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2005C; directing the execution of an Escrow Deposit Agreement between the City and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., relating to the defeasance; approving the selection of defeasance counsel; transferring $4,371,996.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of Fund No. 8590, the KCI Overhaul Base Fund to Fund No. 8360, the Customer Facility Charges Fund; estimating revenue in the amount of $4,371,996.00 in Fund No. 8360, the Customer Facility Charges Fund; and appropriating the amount of $10,371,996.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of Fund No. 8360, the Customer Facility Charges Fund.
180366 RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to compile, publish, and maintain a comprehensive master schedule of user fees and service charges imposed by the City and to review all user fees and service charges in accordance with the City’s adopted revenue policy.
