Kansas CityТs Overflow Control Plan will detail the CityТs commitment to decrease the frequency and volume of overflows from its combined and separate sanitary sewer systems. It is believed that the Overflow Control Plan will serve as a model plan for other combined sewer overflow communities. The Plan is due to Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) on or before January 31, 2009.
