A more specific location of the project is the blocks bounded by 14th Street, North Truman Road, Main Street and Grand Avenue. The proposed improvement will prepare the site for the new development in the Entertainment District. Project Description Change order 001 includes the following additional major work items: Environmental concerns have been discovered both underground in Block 140 and in the State Office Building that exceed the estimated amounts included in the contract.
