The sanitary sewer collection system construction will be in the vicinty of 48th and Logan Avenue. The cost of the contract shall be included in the costs to be specially assessed against the benefited properties as provided in Article VIII of the City Charter, and the proceeds for the assesment of that cost shall be returned to the Sewer Special Assesment Fund. Proposed improvements will provide sanitary sewer collection service to existing homes currently on septic systems. Project Description The Contract provides for the construction of new sanitary sewer collection system to serve an existing residential area in the vicinty of 48th and Logan Ave. in Sewer District 13051. The improvements are consisting of 600 LF of 8" PVC SDR 26 sewer pipe three (3) new manholes and other appurtenances, all in (DISTRICT 5) This area is already developed and will require the restoration of the adjacent properties involved. This area currently has no collection system and is served by septic system.
