ࡱ> CEB#` 6bjbjmm .("```````48,H$2ppppppppW$Y$Y$Y$Y$Y$Y$$ &hr(b}$`pp}$``pp$L`p`pW$W$"|``c#pd M,;@";$$0$"({L($c#(`c#pZ@ 4>ppp}$}$(ppp$$  D  t$``````  REQUEST FOR ORDINANCE AmendED AND RESTATED THREE TRAILS DISTRICT TIF Plan (Project 17) Proposed Amended and Restated Three Trails District TIF Plan: This Amended and Restated Three Trails District Tax Increment Financing Plan (the Plan) proposes to amend the Plan as approved by Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 020119 and subsequently amended by Ordinance No. 020855 for: expand the Redevelopment Area identified by the Original Plan and First Amendment demolish Bannister Mall; demolish the retail shops on the east and west of Hillcrest Road commonly known as Benjamin Plaza Shopping Center, excluding some of the existing outparcel buildings on the east and west sides of Hillcrest Road (on the west side of Hillcrest Road, the new fire station is to remain); demolish the two hotels on the south side of 87th Street; demolish selected buildings on the south side of Bannister Road; renovate one 100 room hotel on the north side of 87th Street; construct and/or renovate approximately 1,132,750 square feet of mixed-use retail space; construct an approximately 250 room, 250,000 square foot stadium hotel; construct a 17,000 22,000 seat multipurpose facility; construct 12 tournament soccer fields; construct approximately 1,681,500 square feet of office/mixed use office; and construct all necessary public infrastructure. The intent of the Plan remains unchanged other than those changes specifically mentioned herein.
