Proposed Activities: The Redevelopment plan includes 7 project areas, 3 of which have been completed or underway. These projects have been revenue generators for the Walnut Street Revitalization Program (WSRP). Walnut Street Housing Project 3 The WSRP is currently under the guidance of the 43rd & Main TIF Advisory Board, with Westside Housing Organization as the housing developers. The Housing project funds from TIF are as follows: TIF Reveneus available for Project $473,669.47 Payments 89,909.70 TIF Funds available $383,759.77  Streetscape Improvements The 43rd & Main TIF Plan also included street, sidewalk and streetscape improvements in the general area of 41st to 44th & Main, Broadway to Walnut streets. The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority has designed streetscape improvements for implementation of MAX bus rapid transit at the southwest and northeast corners of Main Street at 43rd.
