During the review of the associated replat, it was discovered that this right of way still existed, apparently overlooked in a previous vacation of other rights of way on the Bishop Spencer site. Alley right of way adjacent to the west has previously been vacated. A public sewer formerly within the right of way has been abandoned and there are no other public or private utilities present, so no easement need be retained.
