ORDINANCE NO. 020814

 

Authorizing two STP-Urban Agreements with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to intersection improvements at 31st and Roanoke Street and Gregory Boulevard and Wornall Road.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to enter into and execute, an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to intersection improvements of 31st and Roanoke Street, consisting of controller, mast arms, conduit, pull boxes, bases, and other necessary appurtenances, Federal Project No. STP-3407(406), Project No. 4303. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to enter into and execute, an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to intersection improvements of Gregory Boulevard and Wornall Road, consisting of controller, mast arms, conduit, pull boxes, bases, and other necessary appurtenances, Federal Project No. STP-3346(404), Project No. 4290. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
