ORDINANCE NO. 060473

 

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a Covenant and Indemnification Agreement with Kelvin Dill, Inc. (Builder); and authorizing the City Clerk to file this ordinance and attached agreement.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to execute a Covenant to Maintain Shared Sanitary Sewer Service Lines and Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement, regarding certain real estate in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri at 4711-4717 Haden Court (Deer Wood Estates Plat, Lot 9) with Kelvin Dill, Inc. (Builder) to be in a form substantially as that attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.

 

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file copies of this ordinance, together with the Covenant to Maintain Shared Service lines and Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement , in the Office of the Secretary of State of Missouri and in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri together with all other relevant documents.
