ORDINANCE NO. 020820

 

Reducing appropriations in the amount of $171,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund and appropriating it to various accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriations in the following accounts of the Capital Improvements Fund are hereby reduced by the following amounts:

 

03-309-070-6466-T Historic Staircase $100,000.00

03-309-089-6606-T Special Projects - CD6 71,000.00

TOTAL $171,000.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $171,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

 

03-309-089-6404-T Special Projects - CD4 $100,000.00

03-309-070-6629-T Indian Creek Trail Right of Way 71,000.00

TOTAL $171,000.00

 

Section 3. That the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 03-309-070-6629.
