Amending
the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport,
as amended, by changing the land use designation from high density residential
uses, medium density residential uses and regional business uses to high
density residential uses for an approximately 35.19 acre tract of land
generally located approximately 500 feet east of proposed Executive Hills
Boulevard, between Tiffany Springs Road and Missouri Highway 152. (247-S-54 -
Area 7)

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International
Airport, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
from high density residential uses, medium density residential uses and
regional business uses to high density residential uses for an approximately
35.19 acre tract of land generally located approximately 500 feet east of
proposed Executive Hills Boulevard, between Tiffany Springs Road and Missouri
Highway 152, more specifically described as follows:
All that part of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 6, Township 51, Range 33 in Kansas City, Platte County,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
on the south line of said Southeast Quarter, 500 feet east of the southwest
corner thereof; thence north along a straight line, 500 feet distant east of
and parallel with west line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 2639.96
feet, more or less to a point on the north line of said Southeast Quarter;
thence east along the north line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of
824.71 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of the West Half of said
Southeast Quarter; thence south along the east line of said West Half, a
distance of 1030.96 feet, more or less; thence southwesterly along a straight
line, a distance of 1785.5 feet, more or less, to a point on the south line of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 6, said point being 530 feet east of
southwest corner thereof; thence west along the south line of said Southeast
Quarter, a distance of 30 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
Containing 35.19 acres, more or less.

as shown outlined on a map marked General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas
City International Airport, as amended, which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the
aforesaid plan and as an amendment to Section 80-206.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
