ORDINANCE NO. 020320

 

Authorizing an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to upgrading of signals at 31st Street and Van Brunt Boulevard.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to enter into and execute, an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to upgrading existing post-mounted signals at the intersection of 31st Street and Van Brunt Boulevard with new mast mounted signals, controller, conduit, pull boxes, bases, and other necessary appurtenances, Federal Project No. STP-3407(404), Project No. 4219. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
