Authorizing execution of a five year lease with Embarq Missouri, Inc., for communication equipment space at Kansas City International Airport

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a Lease with Embarq Missouri, Inc. at the Kansas City International Airport for 126 square feet of interior terminal space and 509 square feet of space located in Room 119 within the Airport Police Building with the lease term beginning July 1, 2007, and ending June 30, 2012. A copy of the lease is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
