ORDINANCE NO. 050750

 

Rezoning an area of approximately .47 acres generally located on the west side of N. Oak Trafficway about 2,000 feet north of N.E. Barry Road from District R-1a to District R-4-O.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 80-11A0636, rezoning an area of approximately .47 acres generally located on the west side of N. Oak Trafficway about 2,000 feet north of N.E. Barry Road from District R-1a (One-Family Dwellings, Medium Density) to District R-4-O (Low Apartments, Administrative Office Buildings), said section to read as follows:

 

Section 80-11A0636. That an area legally described as:

 

Tract C, as shown on certificate of survey of part of lot 3 as filed in Document No. F-28325, Book 1662, Page 467, On March 6, 1986, Gashland Heights Resurvey a subdivision in the City of Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri.

 

is hereby rezoned from District R-1a (One-Family Dwellings, Medium Density) to District R-4-O (Low Apartments, Administrative Office Buildings), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 80-11A0636, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as part of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and as an amendment to Section 80-11 thereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices have been given and hearings have been held as required by the Zoning Ordinance.
