COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 010480

 

Authorizing personal services contracts for staff positions in the office of the Mayor for Fiscal Year 2001-2002.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute personal services contracts with the following persons for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 in the following amounts from funds appropriated in the 2001-2002 Budget in Account No. 02-100-001-1000B:

 

William Gregory Williams $52,000.00

Legislative Affairs Assistant

 

Donovan Mouton $63,441.00

Neighborhood Advocate

 

Regina Chandler $43,968.00

Neighborhood Advocate Assistant

 

Sheila Bowren $36,173.00

Scheduling Assistant

 

Lara Bradshaw $37,850.00

Communications Assistant

 

Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute personal services contracts with the following persons for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 in the following amounts from funds appropriated in the 2001-2002 Budget in Account No. 02-100-064-2068B.

 

Joanna Edgerton $55,650.00

International Manager

 

Marcella Womack $44,520.00

International Assistant

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
