ORDINANCE NO. 941667
Accepting various general warranty deeds and easements
from Robert D. Ehinger, Trustee, William K. Riedel, a single person, Roy and
Waldean McDill, husband and wife, Robert B. and Rosemarie Maguire, husband and
wife, Wire Rope Corporation of America, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, and
Armco, Inc., an Ohio corporation, conveying to Kansas City certain lands in
Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, for public use purposes for the Blue
River Flood Control Project, and directing the City Clerk to record the
acceptance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the following listed deeds,
conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, certain tracts of land
for public use purposes as part of the Blue River Rechannelization Project and
recorded in the Office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri
at Kansas City, under the instrument numbers and on the books and pages
indicated are hereby accepted:

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed
to record a copy of this Ordinance in the Office of the Director of Records for
Jackson County, Missouri at Kansas City, as evidence of the acceptance of the
herein described properties by the City for public use purposes.
