ORDINANCE NO. 020157

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a Subordination and Reimbursement Agreement with Missouri Gas Energy and directing the City Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate office.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a Subordination and Reimbursement Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, on behalf of the City with Missouri Gas Energy.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of this ordinance, together with the Subordination and Reimbursement Agreement, with the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, together with all other relevant documents.
