Authorizing the Mayor to execute a General Warranty Deed which would grant two permanent easements to the State of Missouri, all in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute a General Warranty Deed which would grant two permanent easements to the State of Missouri, all in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
