ORDINANCE NO. 120658

 

Approving Amendment No. 6 with Berkebile Nelson Immenschuh McDowell Architects, Inc. for Water Services Department headquarters parking facility improvements; and authorizing the Director of Water Services to expend approximately $277,700.00.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services Department is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a $277,700.00 Amendment No. 6, Contract No. 977, Project No. 81000361, Water Services Department headquarters parking facility improvements. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Water Services is authorized to expend up to the sum of $277,700.00 from Account No. 13-8110-807726-B, Construction Division, to satisfy the cost of this amendment.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
