ORDINANCE NO. 140257

 

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a First Amendment to Parking Lease Agreement with ARGHOM, LLC, extending the term of the lease of approximately 150 parking spaces in the Wolf Garage to 42 years.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute a First Amendment to Parking Lease Agreement with ARGHOM, LLC, extending the term of the lease of approximately 150 parking spaces in the Wolf Garage to 42 years. A copy of the First Amendment in substantial form is on file in the Director of Public Works Office.
