Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an Easement Agreement associated with the Station Casino Development Site located at Missouri Highway 210 and Eldon Avenue.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into an Easement Agreement, on behalf of the City, with CMC Heartland Partners and Midwest Railroad Properties, Incorporated, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
