Authorizing an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to rehabilitation of the 12th Street Bridge over Burlington/Northern Railroad Tracks.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to enter into and execute, an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to the rehabilitation of the 12th Street Bridge over Burlington/Northern Railroad Tracks, Federal Project No. STP-3386(403), Project No. 5442. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
