ORDINANCE NO. 070893

 

Accepting various easements and general warranty deeds from various owners in Platte County, Missouri, establishing grades on public ways and authorizing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached documents.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the General Warranty Deeds, by and between Tiffany Square, Inc., Valley View REIS, LLC, First Banc REIS, LLC, Mission REIS, LLC, Industrial REIS, LLC, Security REIS, LLC, and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for streets and other public purposes in conjunction with the KCI Area TIF, true copies of said Warranty Deeds attached hereto, were recorded as described in the table herein incorporated.
