COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE
FOR ORDINANCE NO. 070861
Releasing two permanent waterline
easements in Clay County and directing the City Clerk to record this ordinance
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri.
WHEREAS,
Ordinance No. 070741 was approved by the City Council in July 2007, accepting
four permanent easements in Clay County for water main and appurtenances with
EDC, LLC; and
WHEREAS, EDC,
LLC relocated the 36" water mains in the replatted Windtree Third Plat
subdivision Lots 12 and 13 to coincide with the lot lines; and
WHEREAS, the
City is now releasing the permanent waterline easements; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
these two easements in Kansas City, Clay County, executed by the following
entities, and which appear of record as the instrument numbers at the
respective books and pages as follows:

Section 2. That
upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to
cause this Ordinance and Exhibit A to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Kansas City.
