Approving a $15,000.00 contract with the 9th & 10th Horse Calvary Association for sponsoring the Healing History for a People and Nation project from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (City-wide and Fifth Council Districts).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $15,000.00 contract with the 9th & 10th Horse Calvary Association for sponsoring the Healing History for a People and Nation project from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund:

Account Council District Amount

00-235-067-2100 City-wide $10,000.00

00-235-067-2150 Fifth 5,000.00

Total $15,000.00

which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services.
