COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 981149

Repealing Second Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 971295, As Amended, relating to the Brush Creek Plaza Tax Increment Financing Plan, Project I; and repealing Ordinance Nos. 981145 and 990665.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Second Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 971295, As Amended, is hereby repealed.

Section 2. That the Council finds that before it takes any action on the proposed amendment to the Brush Creek Redevelopment Project I of the Brush Creek Plaza Tax Increment Financing Plan, all required public notices have been given and all required public hearings have been held.

Section 3. That Ordinance Nos. 981145 and 990665 are hereby repealed.
