ORDINANCE NO. 110457

Repealing Ordinance No. 100230, which purported to partially release eight easements in Platte County, Missouri; and directing the City Clerk to record the Ordinance.

WHEREAS, on April 15, 2010, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 100230, which purposed to partially release eight easements; and

WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to repeal Ordinance No. 100230; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 100230 passed by Council on April 15, 2010, is hereby repealed.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file copies of this Ordinance in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Platte County, Missouri.
