ORDINANCE NO. 971019

 

Approving a GP signage plan in District GP-2 for an approximately 5.4 acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Tiffany Springs Parkway and N.W. Prairie View Road. (5985-GP-6)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a GP signage plan in District GP-2 for an approximately 5.4 acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Tiffany Springs Parkway and N.W. Prairie View Road, and more specifically described as follows:

 

A tract of land in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 52 North, Range 34 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, lying northerly of Tiffany Springs Parkway and westerly of Interstate Highway No. 29, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Southwest 1/4, thence North 89 59'15" East on the north line of said Southwest 1/4, 1665.08 feet to the westerly right of way line of said Interstate Highway No. 29; thence South 15 13'46" East on said westerly right of way line, 6.10 feet to a point that is 245.00 feet right of and adjacent to Station 568+88.00 of said highway centerline; thence South 8 56'19" West on said westerly right of way line, 296.26 feet to the point of beginning, thence North 89 58'19" West, 482.79 feet; thence South 0 01'16" West, 571.48 feet to the northerly right of way line of said Tiffany Springs Parkway; thence easterly on said northerly right of way line on a curve to the left (said curve having an initial tangent bearing of North 87 20'21" East, a radius of 1010.00 feet, chord bearing of North 75 03'17" East and chord distance of 429.79 feet) an arc distance of 433.10 feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of said Interstate Highway No. 29; thence North 25 04'46" West on said westerly right of way line 26.59 feet to a point that is 712.60 feet right of and adjacent to Station 574+61.06 of said highway centerline; thence North 12 07'39" East on said westerly right of way line, 184.64 feet to a point that is 590.00 feet right of and adjacent to Station 573+23.00 of said highway centerline; thence North 8 56'19" East on said westerly right of way, 258.94 feet to the point of beginning. Tract contains 234352 square feet more or less or 5.380 acres.

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 971019, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
