ORDINANCE NO. 040193

Releasing one easement in Jackson County, Missouri; and directing the City Clerk to record the release.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. Releasing only that part of the Utility Easement lying on the Northerly lot line of Lots 8, 9, and 11, and on the Southerly lot lines of Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 as shown on the recorded plat of New Castle Seventh Plat, a Subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; as recorded on October 7, 2002, Instrument Number 2002 K0064894, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Jackson County, Missouri, and is described as follows: All of the Northerly 5.00 feet of Lot 8, Newcastle - Seventh Plat, except for the West 10.00 feet thereof; and, all of the Northerly 5.00 feet of Lot 9, Newcastle - Seventh Plat; and, all of the Northerly 5.00 feet of Lot 11, Newcastle - Seventh Plat, except for the East 39.00 feet thereof, as measured from the east lot line of Lot 11, also known as the center line of Madison Ave., a private street; and, all of the Southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 12, Newcastle - Seventh Plat, except for the East 39.00 feet thereof, as measured from the east lot line of Lot 12, also known as the center line of Madison Ave., a private street; and, all of the Southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 13, 14 and 15, Newcastle - Seventh Plat; and, all of the Southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 16, Newcastle - Seventh Plat, except for the West 10.00 feet thereof, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns, and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.
