Authorizing five-year Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreements with one five-year renewal option with Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Airlines, Inc., and United Parcel Services (Airfield Only-Cargo) at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreements with Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Airlines, Inc., and United Parcel Service (Airfield Only-Cargo) at Kansas City International Airport. Copies of the agreements are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
