ORDINANCE NO. 960704

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a Subordination of License or Easement Agreement with Kansas City Power and Light Company and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Subordination of License or Easement Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, on behalf of the City, with Kansas City Power and Light Company.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of the Subordination of License or Easement Agreement to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri.
