COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 940629

Appropriating $600,000.00 to an account in the General Fund for pay equity and designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the sum of $600,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

95-100-010-1015-A City Manager - Pay Equity $600,000.00

Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby designated requisitioning authority for Account No. 100-010-1015A and is also hereby authorized to distribute funds from this account to the appropriate accounts.
