ORDINANCE NO. 061146

 

Authorizing the Director of Finance to execute quit claim deeds to certain properties in the 3rd District located at _______________________, held by Land Trust of Jackson County, Missouri, to Heart of the City, Incorporated, and directing the City Clerk to record the deeds.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Finance is authorized to execute quit claim deeds to the following properties in the 3rd District held by Land Trust of Jackson County, Missouri, to Heart of the City, Incorporated, for the following purposes:

Section 2. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this ordinance and the quit claim deeds to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri.
