COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 090492

 Appropriating $368,602 in the Convention and Tourism Fund for management and operations of Kemper Arena and American Royal Center for the first four months of Fiscal Year 2009-2010.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the sum of $368,602.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Convention and Tourism Fund to the following account in the Convention and Tourism Fund:

10-2360-631100-B American Royal Administration $ 77,175.00

10-2360-631110-B Kemper Arena Administration 128,625.00

10-2360-632204-B American Royal Operations 75,046.00

10-2360-632304-B Kemper Arena Operations 87,756.00

TOTAL $368,602.00
