ORDINANCE NO. 981389

 

Approving the preliminary plat of ANNeS Lofts Condominiums on approximately a 0.343 acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of 26th Street and West Pennway. (SD 0845)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the preliminary plat of ANNeS Lofts Condominiums on approximately a 0.343 acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of 26th Street and West Pennway, and more specifically described as follows:

 

This is a resurvey and resubdivision of the south 23 feet of Lot 2, and all of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, except that part in streets, Rodney Place, a subdivision of land in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 6, thence North 8721'07" West along the south line of said Lot 6 and the north right of way line of 26th Street, as now established, a distance of 90.08 feet; thence northwesterly and northerly along a curve to the right, tangent to the last described course, having a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 8949'24", an arc distance of 39.19 feet to a point on the east right of way line of W. Pennway, as now established; thence North 228'17" East along said east right of way line, a distance of 106.12 feet; thence South 8719'56" East, a distance of 115.00 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 2, thence South 228'17" West, a distance of 131.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 14,934 square feet, or 0.343 acres, more or less.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer cause the area to be platted and processed in accordance with Chapter 66, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, as amended, commonly known as the Subdivision Regulations.

 

2. That the developer contribute $1,545.08 in lieu of parkland dedication for 12 new multi-family units in satisfaction of Section 66-128 of the Subdivision Regulations.

 

3. That the developer submit covenants, conditions and restrictions to the Law Department for approval with the final plat.

 


A copy of the preliminary plat is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 981389, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 


Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed preliminary plat hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Subdivision Regulations have been given and had.
