Approving a development plan in District GPA (Agricultural) on approximately a 15 acre tract of land generally located at 10000 East 137th Street. (11856-GP)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That a development plan in District GPA (Agricultural) on approximately a 15 acre tract of land generally located at 10000 East 137th Street, and more specifically described as follows:

All that part lying within Kansas City, Missouri, of the south 15 acres of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 47, Range 32 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:

That the developer install a culvert at the drive entrance as shown on the development plan as required by the Department of Public Works.

A copy of said development plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 961312, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
