ORDINANCE NO. 031241
Authorizing the Director
of Public Works to enter into a Termination Agreement to terminate a prior
Cooperative Agreement for Public Improvements to I-435/103rd Street Corridor;
to allow funds to be transferred to new Benefit District G account, and
authorizing the City Clerk to file this ordinance and agreement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Director of Public Works be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to
enter into a Termination Agreement to terminate a prior Cooperative Agreement
for Public Improvements to the I-435/103rd Street Corridor, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, on behalf of the City with
Carondelet Health Corporation (Developer).
Section 2. That
the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of this ordinance and
agreement for termination in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson
County, Missouri.
Section 3. That
the revenue in the following account of the Arterial Street Impact Fee Fund is
hereby estimated in the following additional amount:
04-243-089-6286 Contributions from
South Area Impact Fee $7,000.00
Section 4. That
the sum of $7,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund
Balance of the Arterial Street Impact Fee Fund to the following account in the
Arterial Street Impact Fee Fund:
04-243-089-7626-T South Development
Impact District $ 7,000.00
