Amending Ordinance No. 65693 approving a contract for slurry sealing certain streets to change the source of financing.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That Ordinance No. 65693 titled:

Approving a contract in the amount of $402,600.00 with Musselman and Hall for slurry sealing of certain streets throughout the City.

is hereby amended by repealing Section 3 thereof and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like subject to read as follows:

Section 3. That the Director of Public Works is hereby

authorized to expend the sum of $402,600.00 as and for consideration in the aforesaid agreement as follows:

From Account 681-40855T Street Preservation $355,793.00 and Construction

From Account 9-40203T Street Preservation 46,807.00 Total $402,600.00

Section B. That all sections of Ordinance No. 65693 not repealed and reenacted above shall remain effective.
