Authorizing an Off-Airport Parking Permit Agreement with KC-PAG, LP and PRG Parking Management, LLC both d/b/a The Parking Spot at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an Off-Airport Parking Permit Agreement with KC-PAG, LP and PRG Parking Management, LLC, both d/b/a The Parking Spot at Kansas City International Airport for a term beginning June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004 with four one-year renewal options. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
