Approving a $3,437.00 contract amendment with Black Economic Union for the Third District Convention from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Third Council District).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $3,437.00 contract amendment with Black Economic Union for the following Third District Convention expenses:

Bartle Hall Rental - City of Kansas City $1,535.00 Missouri

Duplicating - City of Kansas City, Missouri 1,390.00 Video Crew - City of Kansas City, Missouri 512.00 Total $3,437.00

from funds previously appropriated in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund to Account No. 235-067-2130-B (Third Council District), which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that attached hereto.
