ORDINANCE NO. 041088

Authorizing execution of a first amended agreement extending the time for a contract with the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority for restoration of building facades in the 3100 block of Troost Avenue in the Troost Corridor.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of the Department of City Development is hereby authorized to execute a first amended agreement, on behalf of the City, with the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority, to provide for an extension of the time allowed under the agreement to April 30, 2005. A copy of the amended contract, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.
