ORDINANCE NO. 190986

 

Authorizing the Director of Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department to enter into a three year agreement with Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC to provide Soft Drink Sponsorship at the Kansas City Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department which may be extended for 2 one-year extensions at the City’s option; estimating revenue in the amount of $75,000.00 in the Convention Tourism Fund.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

  Section 1. Authorizing the Director of the Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department to enter into a three (3) year agreement with Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC to provide Soft Drink Sponsorship to the Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department and this agreement may be extended for two (2) one-year extensions at the City’s option. A copy of the agreement, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.

Section 2. That additional revenue in the amount of $75,000.00 is hereby estimated in the following account of the Convention and Tourism Fund, No. 2360:

20-2360-631010-457630 Advertising-Convention Center $75,000.00
