ORDINANCE NO. 160294
Approving a contract with Art of
the Cars Concours in the amount of $15,000.00 for an event from the
Neighborhoods Tourist Development Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract in the amount of
$15,000.00 with the following agency in the respective amount for a
Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund event from funds
previously appropriated in Account. 16-2350-672100-B. This contract is hereby
approved, in substantial form, as that on file in the City Manager’s Office.

I hereby certify that
there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation
