ORDINANCE NO. 090300

 

Declaring it necessary to change and re-establish the grades on 87th Street from Denver Avenue approximately 3,771 feet east to Newton Avenue, all in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; and directing the City Clerk to cause notice to be published as provided herein.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Council declares it necessary to change and reestablish the grades on 87th Street from Denver Avenue, east to Newton Avenue, all in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, and as shown on the plans on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, and as evidenced by the Declaration of Necessity No. 5449, locating and defining the adjacent grade points on said streets, on the centerline of the roadways, which shall be connected by straight grades (tangents) or vertical curves between such grade points, the elevations of which are herein given below in feet above the NAVD 1988 datum as follows, to-wit:

All grade points are on the centerlines of 87th Street, as found on plans located in the office of the Director of Public Works for KCMO Project No. 8113, Federal Project No. STP-3348(406). Grade points are measured at a point east of the centerline of Denver Avenue , said point located at Station 54 + 67.57 of the centerline of 87th Street, said station having a coordinate of North 1020089.2268, and East 2780535.6420; thence easterly along proposed centerline approximately 3,771 feet to Station 92 + 38.90, to wit:
