ORDINANCE NO. 001388

Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to Project No. C000276 - Pay Telephone Concession Agreement with AT&T Communications, Inc., at Kansas City International Airport extending the term of the agreement.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Pay Telephone Concession Agreement at Kansas City International Airport with AT&T Communications, Inc., extending the term on a month-to-month basis and deleting the requirement for a minimum annual guarantee. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
