COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 990071

Reducing the appropriation in the Grant Match account of the General Fund by $716,225.00 and appropriating it for transfer to the Police Grants Fund; and reducing a revenue account of the Police Grants Fund by $77,372.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the General Fund is reduced by the following amount:

99-100-021-2561-A Grant Match $716,225.00

Section 2. That the sum of $716,225.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

99-100-012-9039 Transfer to Police Grants Fund $716,225.00

Section 3. That the revenue in the following account in the Police Grants Fund is reduced by the following amount:

99-239-021-9200 Trfr frm Gen Fund - Cops Univ $ 77,372.00
