Accepting a Missouri Warranty Deed from Marilyn R. Richardson, Marion W. Richardson, Sr., and Florine Richardson and a Guardian's Deed from Rubye Adams conveying to Kansas City, property in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, for public use and directing the City Clerk to file same.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following listed deeds conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in fee simple for public purposes and recorded in the office of the Director of Records for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City under the instrument numbers and in the book and page indicated are hereby accepted.
